Hunan Hualiu New Materials Co., Ltd. (HLPOWDER) is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development,and production of gas-atomized alloy powders. lt is recognized as a national-level "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in precision and innovation.

Since the establishment of China's first-generation gas-atomized production line with independent intellectual property rights in 2004, we have continuously dedicated ourselves to the research and development of gas-atomized materials, processes, and equipment, achieving a series of significant results.To date, we have obtained 7 invention patents, 11 utility model patents, and 2 software copyrights related to our core technologies.Our production base located in the Ningxiang National Economic and Technological Development Zone in Changsha, officially commenced operations in 2019. lt is equipped with 17 gas-atomized powder production lines, all utilizing our independently developed fourth-generation gas-atomization technology, with an annual production capacity exceeding 15,000 tons.

Our product range includes soft magnetic material powder stainless steel powders, mold steel powders, and other customized powders,primarily used in applications such as metal magnetic cores, molding choke, metal injection molding(MIM),3D printing,thermal spraying, laser cladding, and filter materials.We have established a strong presence in the global market by offering reliable quality, timely delivery, and highly customized solutions.
